This incredibly unique agency are looking for an experienced qualitative Research Executive or a proven Senior Research Executive to join their skilled team of behavioural specialists. They're looking for a Senior Research Executive to develop their qualitative offerings further. Here is a great chance to make your own mark on the industry and push the limit of commercial consumer insights by employing award-winning qualitative tools.

KEY DUTIES

• Take an active lead in conducting both online and face to face qualitative research (e.g. narrative based, participant led interviews)
• While supporting in the delivery of qual projects, assist in developing quantitative hypotheses if it's something of interest
• Working closely with the Head of Qual plus the senior team and contribute to analysis sessions
• Assist in the mentoring and training of juniors and freelancers as the qualitative team is further developed

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Demonstrable experience employing qualitative research tools and contributing to fieldwork
• Experience delivering insightful reports and utilising strategic thinking
• Foundational knowledge in the groundings of behavioural science research
• Able to work as part of a cohesive team, identify potential roadblocks and manage resources effectively
