This client is an independent global insight, research, and strategy agency with offices in London, New York, Shanghai, Sydney, and Melbourne. They use the latest thinking from the behavioural sciences to help brands better understand and influence consumer behaviour. They utilise new insights from the behavioural sciences, and from behavioural economics in particular, to develop powerful frameworks that fuel a deeper understanding of an individual's behaviour and inform strategies to influence it. Working with some of the biggest companies in the world always challenging the way they think about the people who engage with them.

The position will suit an established Research Executive with 1-2 years of experience who is ready to step up to the next challenge. You will get the chance to assist on international and domestic projects for some of the world's best brands and businesses. Experience in behavioural science is not necessarily required, however, the client is searching for a candidate with an interest and desire to learn about applying behavioural science principles to research.

Key duties

• Support in the set up of projects, project management and execution of all quantitative or mixed-method research
• Assist on screener writing and survey design
• Conduct behavioral analysis of qualitative and qualitative data
• Independently create coherent summaries of analysis
• Support in the development of client deliverables

Skills & Experience

• As a Senior Research Executive, you will have a proven track record in working on quantitative or mixed-method projects
• An interest and desire to learn about applying behavioural science principles to research
• Experience developing screeners and questionnaires
• Ability to analyse data and an understanding of maxdiffs and conjoint analysis
