The company

One of the largest and most-known market research agencies is looking for a Senior Research Executive who thrives in client-facing roles and excels in collaborative environments. You will focus on delivering insights gathered through quantitative research, empowering clients to make informed decisions about their customer experience initiatives. In this position, you will be integral to the entire project cycle, from proposal development to report delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to uncover implications on customers expectations, behaviours and attitudes.

Key duties

• Provide excellent client services through daily communication, building strong working relationships
• Work closely with the qualitative team and other 3rd parties to set up and deliver projects
• Develop questionnaires and sampling strategies
• Analyse and display information in an engaging manner
• Ensure projects are delivered on time

Skills & Experience

• Demonstrate a good understanding of the quantitative research life cycle
• Previous experience or a genuine interest in customer experience management and research
• Ability to analyse complex data sets, prepare reports and presentations
• Confident in working across tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills
