KEY DUTIES

• Manage research projects end-to-end: design, fieldwork, client liaison, analysis, and deliverable development.
• Build client relationships, ensure excellent service, and contribute to agency growth and profitability.
• Demonstrate passion, flexibility, innovation, and clear communication with a focus on quality and impact.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Manages multiple projects end-to-end with strong industry knowledge and attention to detail.
• Skilled in assisting clear proposals, designs questionnaires, writes reports, debriefs.
• Builds strong client relationships, delivers presentations, proactively anticipates needs, and thrives under pressure.
