We are working with a global consultancy that uses behavioural science to help organisations refine their brand strategy, enhance customer experiences, and deliver behavioural change interventions. They combine research with hands-on expertise to turn complex insights into practical, actionable strategies.

They are currently looking to bring in a Senior Research Manager looking to continue their work with qualitative projects.

KEY DUTIES

• Contributes to the consultancy's culture by applying behavioural science, sharing knowledge, and developing research methods.
• Delivers high-quality insight by designing materials, moderating, analysing, and presenting findings confidently to clients.
• Manages projects efficiently, supports new business, and develops leadership through mentoring and team management.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Demonstrates strong qualitative research and leadership skills, moderating, analysing, and producing materials with minimal oversight.
• Experienced in multiple methodologies, developing narratives, creating strategic debriefs, and presenting findings confidently to clients.
• Shows keen interest in Behavioural Science, learning continuously, and applying principles to enhance research and client solutions.
