We're looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Manager with a sales background who has grown into enablement. This client is expanding rapidly in the UK and US and helps businesses reach the right customers using data, insights, and multi-channel marketing - smarter campaigns, better understanding, measurable results. 📊💡
✨ Design onboarding & training programs to accelerate the effectiveness of new sales colleagues
✨ Create, curate, and improve all sales collateral - pitch decks, playbooks, proposals, campaign materials, and other enablement resources
✨ Simplify complex product and technical messaging into clear, compelling, customer-facing content
✨ Support sales leadership on high-value opportunities with strategic presentations and messaging
✨ Work with Marketing, Product & regional teams to keep content aligned and up-to-date
✨ Ensure international teams (EMEA, US, APAC) have the tools, templates, and processes they need to succeed
✅ 4+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Ops, Account Management, or similar (B2B media/SaaS/tech preferred)
✅ Sales experience earlier in your career, so you understand the field and can translate that into enablement programs
✅ Proven experience creating enablement content, onboarding, and training programs
✅ Excellent communication - written & verbal - able to simplify complex concepts
✅ Strong organisational skills - managing multiple projects in a busy environment
✅ Comfortable using data to track engagement, measure impact, and inform improvements
✅ Cooperative, proactive, and able to influence cross-functional teams
