Position: Senior Sales Executive
Department: Commercial Team - B2B Media & Events
Location: Liverpool Street, London (Hybrid - 3 days a week in the office, Mon/Weds anchor days + 1 flexible day)
Salary: £35,000 base + up to £15,000 commission + annual bonus (12.5% of salary)
Additional perks: Monthly sales commission, events commission, summer Fridays (finish at 12pm), generous benefits package

The Opportunity
Our client is looking for a motivated and target-driven Senior Sales Executive to join their friendly, high-performing commercial team. You'll be selling multi-platform advertising, content marketing, and event sponsorship packages, working with existing key accounts while also bringing in new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

  • Build relationships with existing clients while identifying and approaching new prospects

  • Sell across digital, content, and event sponsorship channels

  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting through to aftercare

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of the brand portfolio and audience reach

  • Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and events teams to deliver successful campaigns

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and updates to the Head of Sales


What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years' experience in a sales role (media sales experience a plus, but not essential)

  • Confident with both new business and account management

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

  • Comfortable selling across multiple formats

  • A proactive, collaborative approach
