SEO Director.

As the SEO Director you will be responsible for:

• Management of in-house and outsourced editorial teams in collaboration with the SEO Manager for the UK, Italian and German markets
• Management of short- and long-term editorial strategy
• Prioritisation of SEO projects in collaboration with the Head of SEO
• Management of high-impact editorial projects (Black Friday, site launches, etc.)
• Setting personalised objectives periodically and by market
• Harmonisation of editorial processes in each market
• Implementation of internal linking and net linking strategies
• Creation of reports to communicate and monitor performance
• Coordination of newsletter mailings and SEA
• Responsible for training and development of content teams

About You:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in SEO and management, with a proven track record of successful SEO strategy development
• Experience of managing team members
• Ability to conceive, explain and defend innovative editorial strategies.
• Knowledge of the main SEO tools (Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Sistrix, SEMrush, etc.)
• Organised and diligent, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• You want to enjoy a high degree of autonomy and have a real impact on the business
