We're looking for a Social Creative who eats, sleeps, and breathes culture and platforms. You'll know how to spot what's trending on TikTok before it blows up, how to turn a brand message into a meme-worthy moment, and how to create ideas that feel natural in the feed.

This role is perfect for someone who can flex between concepting, copy, and content creation. One day you might be scripting a TikTok, the next brainstorming a reactive campaign idea, and the next pulling together a deck that brings a big creative concept to life.

You'll join a small, fast-moving creative team where no two days are the same. It's about having sharp instincts, trusting your ideas, and bringing energy to every brief.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience working in a social-first environment (ideally agency-side).

• A deep understanding of how brands should show up across TikTok, Meta, and emerging platforms.

• The ability to craft copy and content that feels fresh, authentic, and shareable.

• Strong concepting skills - you can turn insights into standout campaign ideas.

• Confident in pitching ideas and bringing them to life in decks.

• A restless creative energy and a finger on the pulse of culture.

• Bonus: experience with content creation, lo-fi video, or UGC-style work.
