My client, a leading events company in London is hiring a Speaker Liasion for a major event in an EU country,
The role is part-time, 2 days a week and will require work until the 29th of May.
Pre-event responsibilities:
- Liaising with over 180 speakers
- Email comms
- Chasing bios, photos and presentations
On-site responsibilities:
- Travelling out Sunday 26th May 2024
- Travelling back Wednesday 29th May 2024
- Managing theatres. Ensuring theatres are set up as needed, ensure speakers are present and sessions are running on time, liaison between AV desk and speaker etc
