Job Title: Sponsorship Sales Executive
Salary: £40,000-£65,000 (DOE + commission potential)
Location: Ware, Hertfordshire (Office-based, 5 days per week)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Sponsorship Sales Executive to spearhead sponsorship revenue across a portfolio of established and growing events. This is an office-based role where you'll be central to developing strong relationships, creating value-led sponsorship packages, and securing long-term partnerships.
Proactively generate new sponsorship leads and convert them into long-term clients.
Manage, nurture, and grow existing sponsor accounts.
Develop compelling sponsorship proposals tailored to client objectives.
Conduct outbound sales calls, meetings, and presentations to senior decision-makers.
Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and accurately forecast revenue.
Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, event production) to deliver high-quality sponsorship experiences.
Conduct market research to identify new sectors and partnership opportunities.
Represent the company at events, networking sessions, and industry functions.
Proven track record in B2B sponsorship or media sales (events experience preferred).
Confident in outbound sales, negotiation, and closing high-value deals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to understand client needs.
Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable working full-time from the office.
Competitive salary of £40,000-£65,000 (dependent on experience).
