Talent Consultant.

We are now growing our team and recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join the team.

This role will be working on a new desk, building a client base through daily sales activity, generating new business opportunities and following the recruitment cycle to source and fill jobs.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Daily sales calls to generate new business opportunities
• Scheduling and attending meetings with clients
• Negotiating and wining new business
• Taking job briefings and selling in our services
• Writing job specifications and advertising jobs
• Meeting and interviewing candidates
• Filling jobs and issuing paperwork

Candidates applying to this role:

• will have previous sales experience, ideally within a recruitment role
