WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

User Experience Designer (FINTECH background needed non-negotiable)

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Responsibilities

• Create flows that are sleek and innovative
• Communication across the company on how the vision should look
• Creating well-formulated and commercially impactful user experiences
• Making sure processes aren't overcomplicated and streamlined
• Filtering through stakeholder input/ideas to create a simple outcome
• Championing a diversity of thought around different ways of approaching Visual and Web Design based on user interaction and feedback

Must haves

• Skills in drawing and creating flows
• Ability to translate customer insights into designed experiences (then telling a compelling story around it)
• Experience and knowledge of A/B and multivariate testing processes
• An ability to participate in stakeholder conversations to refine requirements with support from experienced team leaders
• Responsive Design experience
• Deep fluency with Figma, User Testing Tools, and Website Visualisation Software
• Drawing functional sketches and being able to communicate this to IT
• Ability to not only visualise ideas, but also be able to explain them to anyone in the business (not just developers)
