Amy Kirby.

​I started my career working in the market research industry, joining MORI in 1997 and then I moved to ORC International. I really enjoy engaging with people and when recruitment was suggested to me, I decided to pursue a career with RPCushing Recruitment (now Aspire).

I have worked for Aspire since 2004 and progressed my career from Consultant to heading up the Research & Insight division. We specialise within research, insight, analytics and operations sectors, across both agency and clientside companies.

My experience of working in the industry has certainly contributed to my success at Aspire and I have enjoyed seeing how the market has developed and what new areas we’ve been able to expand into. I have developed strong relationships within the industry, and enjoy helping clients to grow their businesses through the acquisition of great talent. I also enjoy consulting with clients, to go that step further in helping them with their future plans and working with senior level industry specialists.

Outside of work, I enjoy trips abroad, the gym, shopping and enjoying a glass of wine with friends.
