3D Creative Lead

A global experiential agency is seeking a 3D Creative Lead to own spatial design and creative vision across immersive brand experiences.

The Role

You'll lead the creation of visually striking 3D concepts, ensuring ideas are both creative and practically deliverable, while guiding teams from pitch through to build.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead 3D concepting and creative direction across projects

• Translate briefs into innovative spatial and 3D solutions

• Collaborate with production to ensure buildable outcomes

• Oversee pitches, RFPs and live projects

• Mentor designers and manage freelance creatives

• Represent creative work confidently with clients

What We're Looking For

• Senior experience in 3D design within events, experiential or spatial environments

• Strong conceptual, technical and leadership capability

• Ability to balance creativity with production realities

• Comfortable working under pressure and across multiple projects

Vectorworks, C4D, TwinMotion/Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite.
