Assistant Media Executive.

Are you a German speaking graduate looking for an Assistant Media Executive role?

A leading independent agency, specialist for communication to children, families, and young people globally. They operate on a global level through their carefully selected agency partner network and centralised management.

They are actively growing on their German based business so they are looking to recruit a graduate who is fluent in English and German to join as an Assistant Media Executive who will be responsible for supporting the team in managing the agency's portfolio, working directly with clients.

The Role:

• Assist team in negotiation of, and manage delivery of, media owner deals/campaign deliveries.
• Manage compilation of key client reports including buying results, reports, and market competitive reporting.
• Support with preparation and presentation of material required for client and internal meetings.
• Use of tools/systems to complete daily requests/tasks for internal use or for external clients (training to be provided).

The Candidate:

• Good written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English and German.
• Relevant degree/qualifications within marketing and advertising space.
• Great attention to detail, combined with great organisational and presentation skills.
• High level of computer literacy, especially in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
