With new and innovative research techniques as well as their own approaches, you will get the chance to work across the FMCG, Retail, Finance and Technology sectors, managing mixed-method projects end to end. You can expect to work on new product and brand innovation studies, as well as concept, comms and ad testing, customer closeness and brand strategy to name a few!

Key duties

• As an Associate Director, you will manage multiple mixed-method projects at once, varied by size, both ad-hoc and tracking
• Utlise data manipulation and visualisation to creative insightful presentations
• Produce winning proposals and pitches
• Grow existing accounts, building strong relationships
• Manage and coach junior members of the team

Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding and experience of various mixed-method research methodologies
• Ability to win new business and the confidence to manage client relationships
• Previous experience mentoring and managing junior team members
• Ability to write valued reports that demonstrate strategic thinking
