Working across many international clients and covering a range of sectors including PR, technology, B2B, Not for Profit as well as food and drink.`

This is a great opportunity to work on a variety of projects in a truly exciting company with a diverse client base. As an Associate Director, you will manage mixed-method projects with a focus on B2B research, whilst line managing a team.

Key duties

• As an Associate Director, you will manage projects from end to end including drafting questionnaires and discussion guides
• Managing junior members of the team, and providing support throughout
• Ensuring the project is running smoothly and is delivered on time
• Client management and liaison as well as relationship development
• Upskilling the team on qualitative approaches

Skills & Experience

• You will have excellent knowledge and experience of end-to-end processes within a quantitative and qualitative project including budgeting
• Background in B2B research is essential
• Able to get involved in strategic business decisions and business development opportunities
• Experience managing and liaising with stakeholders
• Ability to manage and support a team
