Are you looking for an Associate Director position for want to join one of the agencies in the 'big six'. I have a role available in London right now for an agency who wants someone to come in and work with two amazing clients.

This agency is looking for a confident and driven individual to join their team as an Associate Director. As the Associate Director you will attend client briefings and be able to summarise all of the client's needs. The new Associate Director will have knowledge of both traditional and digital media planning.

The agency you will be joining prides itself on keeping the feel of a small independent agency while still possessing the resources from its larger network. One client is one of the premier beer brands around the world and always has interesting partnerships. The other client is at the front of the food delivery service transformation.

The Role

• Responsible for the development of the detailed communications plan to power the idea.
• Manage the outputs of day-to-day requirements, budget and workflow of each account, leading communications with the client.
• Responsible for the management and training of junior team members in communications planning and account management fundamentals.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with day to day leads across the wider agency.

The Candidate

• 6+ years relevant media experience in a media agency.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues and vendors.
• Be able to coach and nurture your team, deliver a positive appraisal experience, spot talent and develop all appropriately.
• Ability to work successfully within a team, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure.
