The Company

Our client, a medium sized research agency who across sectors such as Retail, FMCG, Food & Drink and Utilities are looking for an Associate Director to join their team. This is a quantitative focussed position in which you will be for working across the full project cycle from proposal writing through to presenting finding.

You will benefit from working for company who carry out a variety of genuinely interesting research including behavioural and strategic work as well as uncovering creative insight to help brands maximise their ROI. You will have the opportunity to also work with a number of reputable, household name brands to help make a real difference to their businesses.

The Role

• Work on multiple ad-hoc projects simultaneously which will include a varied range of clients and projects sizes.
• Apply quantitative approaches including Writing questionnaire and topic guides, checking data and carrying out analysis, to pull out key insights from the findings, writing reports and then presenting the results to the clients
• Contribute to and lead on proposal writing.
• Develop strong working relationships with clients to ensure best possible delivery of projects.

The Candidate:

• You will have experience and knowledge of designing and carrying out quantitative research projects from proposal through to delivery.
• A proven track record of using quantitative methodologies for research including questionnaire/survey design, report writing and presenting findings to clients.
• Excellent organisational skills, project management and strong communication skills will mean that you can quickly build up relationships with your clients and enable you to deliver high level research and insight programmes to them
• Your experience and passion for research will enable you to quickly grasp an in-depth understanding of the clients and the type of projects you will be working on.
