A fantastic AV Manager opportunity is currently available for a global marketing agency, that is known for its nurturing, forward-thinking, and fulfilled culture. You will work for an agency where you can challenge conventions - you will think outside of the box to drive innovation!

Responsibilities include:

Producing implementational plans and strategic ideas for the client.
Delivering on day to day client requests and building strong client relationships across all AV channels including TV, CTV, VOD, Cinema and Radio.
Providing team with regular feedback and providing constructive direction when required.
Ensuring the high standards of work and attitude across the team.

The Ideal candidate:

Strong previous AV buying experience across multiple channels.
Experience using DDS planning and buying systems.
Will be able to confidently talk a client through a media plan.
Must have a passion for AV; understand it's role within the media mix and the challenges for the industry in this space.
A strong team player, someone who can support the AV Director and oversee AV Executives.
A positive can-do attitude is a must.
