The client is a fast-paced B2B international events and marketing business, made up of a family of brands that produce events and content within the Insurance, Banking, Utilities, Technology, Energy and Transport Sectors.
With offices globally, reaching over 250,000 senior decision makers, they are now looking to recruit a Brand Marketing Manager to be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns for the entire portfolio of products, including live events, live webcasts, thought-leadership reports and industry content.
You will be the driver of change in the team and forge the way to a brand-led marketing strategy, conceiving and developing efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
This is a full time permanent opportunity, paying up to £50k basic salary plus bonus.
Additional benefits include hybrid working (2 days a week recommended), plus international travel and Summer/Christmas parties
Responsibilities:
- Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
- Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match
- Oversee the marketing of all products.
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels - content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, partnerships, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, and much more
- Perform research on current social media and PPC trends
- Design and implement social media and PPC strategy to align with business goals.
- Manage social media accounts' design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and layouts)
- Monitor and implement improvements for SEO and web traffic metrics
The Person
- Degree level education is essential
- Previous B2B marketing experience
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
- Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns and LinkedIn & Facebook advertising campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
