As a Business Development Representative, you'll start by introducing clients to our outreach automation platform, and gradually work your way up to selling a full suite of solutions. You'll receive clear training and support, while gaining hands-on experience across the full sales process-from first contact to closing.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who's motivated, ready to learn, and wants to develop a long-term career in tech sales.
Identify new opportunities through outbound outreach
Manage the full sales cycle-from first contact to closing
Deliver engaging product demonstrations
Maintain a structured sales pipeline
Build positive relationships with prospective clients
Strong communication and listening skills
Goal-focused and eager to grow professionally
Open to feedback, learning, and collaboration
Comfortable speaking with new people
Able to commute daily to Camden Town
£30K-£35K base salary + uncapped commission
Potential to raise base to £35K-£40K within 12 months
Clear path to Account Executive within your first year
