Calling Account/Client Relationship Managers - this might be your next career move!

Seeking candidates with excellent interpersonal skills to lead the client relationship team for a world renowned Chartered Accountancy Membership group this is a great opportunity to manage people, key accounts and develop.

The Role

  • Client Relationship Managers act as the conduit between the company's internal team, the client and all external stakeholders
  • You will work in tandem with the Business Development Team to sell Leadership and Training Programmes and manage client accounts
  • You will be responsible for closing deals, attend client meetings and pitch the company's service and offerings
  • You will also be responsible for the logistics of each sale (e.g. stakeholder management - matching in-house trainers to clients. Or overseeing the operations of each training session, including organising budgets and resources)
  • Alongside sales you will manage client accounts. This includes reporting on performance, budgets, time lines etc and discovering cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
  • Average account values sit between £10K - £20K
  • People Management : mentor a team of 2 juniors to support their career development and bring in revenue for the business

The Candidate

  • Previous Account / Client Relationship Management for 12months + is essential
  • People management experience or a desire to lead
  • The ideal applicant will have experience working for / selling training and development companies
  • Excellent soft skills and written/spoken English
