About the role of a Conference Producer:

• Conduct extensive telephone and in-person research
• Create a conference agenda that meets the needs of the market
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments
• Identify, invite, confirm, and liaise with speakers
• Arrange and conduct face-to-face and online meetings with key clients
• Write marketing copy for promotional materials, email campaigns, and other mailing pieces

About you:

• Minimum 12 months experience in Conference Production
• Great communicator with C level individuals
• Excellent copy writing skills
