Content / Conference Manager

Loughton - 5 days per week on-site

A leading events organisation is seeking an experienced Content Manager to lead the development and delivery of engaging content across large-scale consumer-facing events. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands how to shape unforgettable visitor experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a content vision that aligns with the event's brand and audience interests

• Curate engaging programmes featuring talks, workshops, and live activation's

• Source and manage talent, speakers, entertainers, and hosts, to deliver premium visitor experiences

• Build detailed content schedules and run-of-show documents for seamless on-site delivery

• Seek and secure strategic partnerships and sponsors that elevate the event's profile and profitability

Previous Experience Required:

• 3 + year's of experience in content development

• Proven ability to deliver multi-stream content across high-profile public or consumer events

• Demonstrated success in securing and delivering content-led sponsorship opportunities

• Strong project management skills with the ability to meet all deadlines

• Confidence working with talent and stakeholders, from initial outreach through to on-site delivery
