About the role of a Conference Producer:

The Conference Producer's responsibility is to support on the delivery of all aspects of the conference lifecycle, including; content development, speaker management, and managing relationships within the industry.

• Develop and manage new and existing relationships with relevant market stakeholders
• Programme research and development
• Speaker acquisition
• Managing speakers, both pre-event and onsite

About you:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Conference Production
• Good stakeholder management
• Have a good understanding of the production lifecycle
• Experience across the energy portfolio is advantageous but not essential
