CRM Marketing Manager 🌐
Hybrid: 2x a month preferred/or more depending on preference
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000
Location: London

Our partner needs an Engagement Coordinator, situated within the Publishing & Brand Marketing team, who manages B2C engagement via Salesforce Media Cloud, for a global audience.

Collaborating closely with stakeholders in brand communication, publishing, e-commerce, and digital content, the coordinator ensures a seamless brand experience.

Your day-to-day:

  • Coordinate all B2C CRM activities to maintain a consistent brand experience.
  • Create and optimize Marketing Cloud journeys based on industry best practices and data analysis.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance and database health for B2C
  • Continuously segment customer data for personalized campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Paid Marketing Executive and Content Marketing Manager on acquisition campaigns and activation strategies.
  • Own retention, re-engagement, and referral strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Track and analyze results, providing regular reporting to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the eCommerce Manager on D2C campaign development.
  • Coordinate content across newsletters and platforms.

Desired qualities:

  • Experience in CRM marketing, preferably in international markets and/or B2C brands.
  • Data-focused with the ability to refine campaigns.
  • Autonomy and proactive approach.
  • Strong communication
