A brand new opportunity with a fantastic digital technology provider, who specialise in creating advertising solutions for both SMEs and large multinationals.

Their industry-leading technology analyses their client's digital performance and executes a tailoredmulti-channel advertising campaign, which enables clients to boost their sales and grow their business offerings. Facebook Marketing Partner since 2010, this innovative start-up is working with customers across Europe and the US, managing more than 50,000 campaigns every year. Managing digital campaigns for key customers across all digital channels, from social to search and display.

The Role:

A digital savvy and enthusiastic is what is required for the Customer Success Manager. Day to day you will be:

  • Developing and sustaining strong relationships with key partners
  • Identifying ares of growth with stakeholders within the partner organisation
  • Consultative in understanding the partners drivers and what they are looking to achieve
  • Produce and presenting reports to partners
  • Developing action plans for performance goals
  • Working closely with the technical and product team to ensure full understanding on the product for the partners and ways in which they can develop

The Candidate:

Customer Success Managers role will be split within different areas to achieve success but you are required to have the following:

  • Experience with client relationship management
  • Technology background
  • Proven success in relationship building with clients and partners
  • Self-starter who is keen to seen results in order to generate business growth
  • Transforming data into strategic recommendations
  • Oversee and follow through on implementations
  • Strong communications skills
