Delegate Sales Contractor Needed - Immediate Start (Hybrid, London)

We're currently working with a leading global events organisation to find an experienced Delegate Sales Contractor for an immediate start. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team and work on internationally renowned B2B conferences.

The Role:
Acting as the first point of contact for senior-level decision-makers, you'll be responsible for driving attendance and delivering a premium delegate experience. This role combines proactive outreach, relationship management, and event knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective VIP and paid delegates via phone and email (approx. 60 calls/day)

• Register delegates and ensure they receive exceptional service throughout

• Develop strong knowledge of the sector and event content to confidently communicate the value proposition

• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly performance and revenue targets

What We're Looking For:

• Confident, professional communicator with a strong phone presence

• Sales-focused with a proven ability to hit KPIs

• Quick to learn and comfortable discussing high-level topics with senior professionals

• Available immediately and able to work hybrid (2 days/week in a London office)
