We're looking for a Delegate Sales Executive to help grow Canada's largest energy events. If you love the buzz of sales, enjoy building relationships, and want to work with leading companies in the energy sector, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Drive Sales: Sell delegate packages (single and group) to new and existing clients across major energy events.
• Own Your Market: Manage your portfolio of clients and regions, achieving revenue targets and KPIs.
• Be a Market Expert: Research industry trends, identify opportunities, and build strong networks.
• Collaborate: Work closely with marketing, content, and event teams to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Represent: Attend events to strengthen relationships and secure future business.

What We're Looking For

• Proven B2B sales experience (ideally 6-12 months in conferences or similar environment).
• Confident on the telephone, skilled in consultative selling and objection handling.
• Commercially savvy, numbers-driven, and motivated by success.
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and travel when required.
