Digital Marketing Manager.

The client is a premium quality halal butchers shop supplying the finest meats from across the globe.

They focus on sourcing ethically reared meats which are unrivalled in taste and all of which are able delivered to customers nationwide.

They are now looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager in a stand-alone hands on role to help take a Muslim orientated brand which is growing at pace and be part of implementing a marketing strategy which compliments and accelerates overall growth.

The ideal candidate will be an all-round 360 marketer, with experience of running PPC and email marketing campaigns as well as managing websites.

This is a full time permanent role, offering up to £45k basic salary.

Responsibilities include:

• Assess, analyse and improve current marketing activities including newsletter campaigns, promotions, social media activities.
• Develop SEO strategy via using tools such as Adwords, Google Analytics, SEOMoz
• Create and implement a system of cross-sell/up-sell opportunities throughout the site to create relationships between related and complimentary products.
• Create a process whereby as and when new products are added.
• Understand both online and offline customer acquisition strategies.

The Person

• Must have solid track record of setting up and monitoring digital marketing programmes in previous work experience, with involvement from setup right through to analysis/improvement of campaigns.
• Must have dealt with personalised customer journey's both on-site and via email marketing.
• Experience with Shopify admin/CMS is an advantage.
• Experienced with use of Email Marketing CRM packages, on a hands-on basis.
• Good analytical skills with ability to extract, manipulate and present data related to active/ongoing marketing/commercial activities.
• Understand SEO with previous track record of developing an SEO strategy and using tools such as Adwords, Google Analytics, SEOMoz (or other analytics packages) etc.
• Prior knowledge of running Adwords/PPC programmes
• Experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing ads etc. a big advantage.
• Strong Excel skills essential.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
