Digital Marketing Specialist ⌁
Salary: £50,000
Location: London
Hybrid: 3x Per week onsite

Role Description:
We are looking for someone competent in lead generation, primarily inbound conversions, so Marketing B2B experience, and examples in doing so, are a must.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for planning and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across a variety of channels. Your expertise in platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Google Ads, coupled with your knowledge of marketing automation and CRM, will be invaluable in achieving business goals.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Bolster digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and SEM channels.
  • Optimize paid search and social media advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Create compelling content for social media platforms and email newsletters.
  • Monitor website traffic and user behavior to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.

What you need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in Paid Media.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X advertising.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
  • B2B marketing experience in Financial Services and Tech sectors.
  • Strong SEO strategies.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with CMS like WordPress or similar.
  • Photography and video editing software.
  • Experience in graphic design or web designing.
  • Knowledge of responsive design and UI/UX principles.
  • Knowledge of French language or market.
