Digital Performance Director.

As the Performance Director, you will work closely with the Head of Digital to build and shape a best-in-class performance media function, laying the foundations for a future-forward service offering that delivers meaningful business results for clients.

You'll play a key role in growing the agency's performance media team, leading strategy and implementation across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Digital Display.

The Role

• Define and develop a performance media product from the ground up
• Lead strategy, automation, and execution across key channels: Paid Search, Paid Social, and Digital Display
• Champion innovation and effectiveness in digital performance campaigns
• Build and lead a high-performing team, mentoring and developing talent
• Drive agency-wide performance best practices and implementation standards
• Contribute to business growth through a differentiated, data-led performance offering

The Candidate

• Strong background in digital performance marketing, ideally from a media agency environment
• Demonstrable experience in delivering results through data analysis, strategic planning, and execution
• Proficient in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and SA360 (including automated bidding strategies)
• Skilled in Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other paid social platforms
• Deep understanding of digital measurement, attribution, and analytics across GA, Google Ads, and SA360
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
