£40,000 - £60,000 + Comms

Currently recruiting for a Tech Company who offer Applicant Tracking Systems to Recruitment Businesses, globally. As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the acquisition of new customers within the assigned territory. Emphasis will be placed on identifying and converting sales targets, including detailed tracking of sales prospects to establish a qualified pipeline, and activities including customer presentations, product demonstrations and closing business. The Enterprise Sales Executive will work closely with a Solutions Engineer to offer the best package possible to respective customers.

The Role
* Maximise territory potential through targeting prospects, qualifying, and conducting customer meetings.
* Generate new target prospects through research, networking, and referrals.
* Convert target prospects to sales opportunities by identifying alignment of critical business needs with company's solutions and services.
* Develop proposals together with Professional Services.
* Maintain the Salesforce CRM for opportunity and contact management (if it's not in Salesforce, it didn't happen).
* Manage the entire sales lifecycle.

The Person
* Five years of experience in the recruitment industry or recruitment tech industry.
* Track record of success & proven experience of building lasting relationships.
* Exceptional verbal and written skills.
* A strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Ability to accurately forecast, negotiate and close deals.
* B2B Sales experience
