Event Coordinator.

Our client, a well-established media company, is looking to add an Event Co-ordinator to their growing events team.

This is an opportunity to work across a wide variety of events within the Financial sector, with a focus on conferences and large scale events.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering flexible hybrid working (4 days a week near Covent Garden, reducing to 2 days a week after induction and training period) and salaries of up to £32K.

Responsibilities:

• Working on a portfolio of large scale conferences
• Handling all elements of the event lifecycle, supporting the event managers and event director
• Overseeing of AV, venue and sponsors etc.

The Person:

• 1-2 years experience within events co-ordination
• Experience of working from ideation to execution of a conference would be highly beneficial, however candidates with experience throughout the lifecycle of different events may be considered
