About the role of the Event Director:

The Event Director will act as a senior member of the team, responsible for rolling out the firm's new client and internal events strategy.

You will play a key role advising on events best practice, promoting the team across the business, ensuring all training needs are met.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Have full ownership of the events agenda
• Influence and advise key stakeholders
• Make sure that all events are in line with wider strategy
• Make sure events are commercially viable and in line with budget
• Negotiate cost savings and financial best practices
• Manage a large team and ensure they are meeting KPI'S

About you:

• Minimum 8 years experience in Event Management with the latest role being senior
• Strategic thinking
• Commercial mindset
• Good communication skills and able to influence others
• Experience in team management
