About the role of an Event Manager:

The Event Manager will will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of physical events for the European and US market, approximately 2 per month. Ranging in size and complexity, you will partner with key stakeholders and lead on the planning, development, and delivery of our events to create a memorable and unique experience for each customer.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Communicate with all customer types throughout the event life cycle: delegates, speakers, and sponsors
• Organise sponsored event deliverables
• Create and proof event documentation
• Source, negotiate, and manage external suppliers such as AV, Technology, Signage
• Budget management

About you:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Event Management
• Great organisational skills
• Good communicator
