Event Operations Executive.

Our client, a leading media company, are looking to add an Event Operations Executive to their talented London based team.

This is an opportunity to work on an portfolio of conferences and exhibitions, to support the timely and successful delivery of market leading events.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering flexible hybrid working (4 days a week from their London office) and salaries of up to £30K + 10% bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting with project management, including management of smaller events
• Admin/Database management
• Management of sections of the events budgets
• Acting as first point of contact for all exhibitors

The Person:

• 12+ months experience within event coordination (conference and exhibitions)
• Comfortable building relationships with industry individuals
• Must be comfortable with high levels of international travel
