The Role:

Reporting to the Partnerships Director the event manager will be responsible for all operations and logistics of events within the business. Day to day you will be:

• Everyday will be different with a fast paced environment
• Creation of events web pages
• Liaising with suppliers and reviewing new event technologies, venue, food and beverages
• Creation of marketing materials whilst ensuring to be on brand
• Owning relationship with panellists, sponsors and moderators
• Managing of inbound enquiries on events
• running of the events- ensuring efficient throughout
• Monitoring of events performance

The Candidate:

Fast paced environment with multiple tasks at one time will be day to day for the event manager and requires someone comfortable with juggling different tasks. They are also looking for the required:

• 2 years experience in an event management role
• Successfully managed events process both virtually and face to face
• Experience in executing events
• Working both independently and part of a team
