As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will implement and oversee all marketing initiatives and marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and to drive sales.

The Role:

• Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Manage content creation (social media, blogs, newsletters, whitepapers, and events) to showcase expertise and drive engagement.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance to refine strategies and optimise impact.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communications and marketing materials.
• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and potential clients.
• Work with sales teams to identify and engage potential clients.
• Provide regular reports on marketing performance and sales impact to senior leadership.

The Candidate:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in market research or professional services.
• Proven ability to convert marketing activity into sales opportunities.
• Familiarity with market research principles and brand growth strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across teams.
