The Role:
As Head of Commercial your role will be focused around driving the growth through activities and maximising revenue. Identifying new opportunities and working closely with the marketing team to expand the commercial activity. Day to day you will be:
- Implementing Commercial Strategies to achieve business growth
- Dealing with existing clients and maintaining a strong relationship
- Acquire new customers through prospecting- closing
- Carry out market research and analysis to create business plans and provide recommendations on new commercial opportunities.
- Managing of the commercial department through coaching, building and mentoring.
The Candidate:
The role is vital to the companies growth and success. With this they are looking for the Head of Commercial to be business minded with an entrepreneurial mind set, but will also need to have the below:
- Strong leadership skills- minimum of 3 years managing a team
- Commercially minded with good experience in driving a businesses success
- Passionate about Commercials/Business Development
- Knowledge of market research methods and analysis.
