Scaling a subscription brand from 10,000 customers to something materially bigger requires a different level of growth leadership.
This is not about marginal gains.
It's about building a system that compounds.
I'm working with a high-growth subscription health company (think vitamins, matcha, daily functional consumables) with strong early traction, a proven product, and a digital engine that's already delivering.
They've reached the point where many brands plateau.
They don't intend to.
They're hiring a Head of Growth to take full ownership of global growth - with a clear focus on building a predictable, profitable subscription engine ahead of a defined exit.
You'll be responsible for:
Scaling paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok and Google with full accountability for performance
Owning subscription growth - improving conversion, reducing churn, and strengthening retention loops
Building lifecycle and CRM strategies that maximise customer lifetime value
Driving ecommerce performance across landing pages, PDPs and checkout
Developing offer, pricing and bundling strategies that increase AOV without eroding margin
Using CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS and contribution margin to guide decision-making
This role is for an established leader in the subscription consumables space - someone who understands how to scale recurring revenue businesses and can translate growth into long-term value.
You'll be expected to make decisions, challenge performance, and build a growth engine that delivers - not just manage channels.
