This client is a global research agency specializing in food, drink, personal, and household care research. This is an exciting opportunity for an Innovation Manager to join an industry-leading agency, in the Global Product Experience team.

You will play a crucial role in implementing and developing a brand new consultancy function, which will operate across the wider business worldwide! With the overall aim to facilitate and maximise innovation long long-term success for the top global food and drink brands, this is a great opportunity to create exceptional consumer experiences!

Key duties

• As an Innovation Director, you will develop the consultancy framework and positioning, co-creating the business model and launch plan, as well as KPI's.
• Develop and coordinate consultancy projects and programs end to end, ensuring they align with clients business goals
• Construct teams, create proposals and facilitate workshops, whilst collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment for clients on product vision and strategy
• Build strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor

Skills & Experience

• Experience in product, design, user experience or innovation consulting within the FMCG sector
• Able to nurture and develop strong client relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Established portfolio showcasing successful consultancy in product innovation projects
