Do you have Auditing or Buying experience within the Digital and/or Media world? I have the perfect role for you!

Currently recruiting for a Global Media Agency who work with a variety of clients across a multitude of industries. As an Investment Manager you will be responsible for managing client media buying cost efficiency deliveries and incentive schemes across the client portfolio. You will also be tasked with tasked with tracking the media buying performance globally against agreed targets. If you have experience in auditing or buying, this could be the perfect for you! Senior Executives looking for their next step up are very welcome.

The Role
* Managing client media buying cost efficiency deliveries and incentive schemes across the client portfolio; these can take the form of year-on-year media cost savings targets, targets vs. an auditor pool, vs. pricing commitments and/or quality targets
* Disseminating trading best practices within the network and supporting local trading operations in their roll-out
* Leading the buying and pricing elements of international and multi-local pitches. They ensure that they are proposing advantageous and competitive rates
* Engage collaboratively with the global network of offices to ensure best in class media buying and implementation, accurate measurement of savings delivery and helping countries to create innovative trading strategies to facilitate better buying performance
* Managing and delegating to an Investment Executive

The Person

* The candidate must have experience gained in a buying role in a media agency or alternatively at a media auditing firm
* It is essential that the candidate possesses solid knowledge of cost aspects across all media types, especially television / online, ideally gained in an auditing environment on-top of direct media buying experience.
* Excellent numerical and IT skills (Excel and PowerPoint), as well as great attention to detail are essential.
* The candidate will need a good eye for organisational structures and procedures, as well as a very "hands-on" and proactive (self-starter) attitude. Working with a network of local operators on globally aligned businesses can often present big challenges in terms of collaboration and a certain degree of resilience and patience is therefore required.
* As this is a global role, excellent communication skills, appreciating cultural differences and ways of working are also expected
