Marketing Director.

The client is a leading UK Industrial and Workplace company sourcing 20,000+ products from more than 120 global manufacturers.

They are multi-award winning with over 27 years industry experience and currently have a company turnover of over £7 million.

They are now looking to hire a Marketing Director to in charge of the organisations marketing ventures.

Your aim will be to develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen the company's market presence.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled marketing strategist and able to drive creativity and enthusiasm in others.

This is a full time permanent role, offering up to £80k basic salary.

Plus a fantastic benefits package, including 33 Days Annual Leave (Inclusive of Bank Holidays), fully remote working, and a 4 Day Working Week (non pro rata)

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company's business activities.
• Producing ideas for promotional events
• Planning and executing campaigns as well as produce content for company's online presence.
• Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects
• Become the organization's agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnership.

The Person

• Ideally 5 + years of B2C digital marketing experience or proven experience as Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Director or Head of Marketing
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
• Team Working skills - the ability to build relationships internally and externally.
• Experience working with internal and external agencies.
• Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) and Google Adwords
• Previous budget management and experience utilising marketing data to drive customer acquisition will be key to this role.
• Excellent leadership and organizing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
