The Job:
We are looking for a passionate Marketing Manager to join our client's team. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, the right candidate will oversee the development and implementation of the company marketing strategy, help the business promote and sell its products, lead and influence the way the company looks and feels in the market, and support the efforts of the Business Development Team in generating new leads/ prospects through company events, PR and website.
Responsibilities:
- Working with Senior Management to develop marketing strategy
- Deliver marketing-qualified leads via email campaigns, website, events and other activities
- Managing the website and social channels
- Organising events, webinars and breakfasts to boost awareness the companies services
- Develop thought leadership and other content types
- Managing the process for industry award entries
- Working with intermediaries on PR and similar activities
- Managing and maintaining all sales and marketing collateral (presentations, pitch decks, brochures, proposals and company website content)
Skills & Experience:
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar marketing role for a digital agency
- Proven track record of developing brand profiles from the ground up
- Strong experience of opening doors, navigating gatekeepers etc
- Commercially focused & driven with the ability to work towards metrics and manage budgets
- A flexible, approachable attitude with good problem-solving skills
- Passionate about digital marketing
- Highly numerate and analytical with ability to discover valuable insights from data sets and take initiative
