Are you a Marketeer looking for a challenge? Opportunity knocks!
Our client, an independent estate agency, is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their London-based team.
This is an opportunity to build a marketing department from scratch, getting hands-on across all marketing for both B2B and B2C audiences.
You'll be working on both online and offline campaigns, from strategy through to execution and reporting. You'll have the opportunity to be hands-on with the creative and branding, as well as technical in your segmentation of the market.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity, which is fully office based in their Kensington-based office and salaries of up to £50K.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of all brand marketing, ensuring consistency across all platforms
- Business analytics and evaluation
- Branding and creative
The Person:
- Experience of delivering multiple marketing campaigns to budget and standard
- Creativity of approaches to delivering effective marketing
- Excellent communication skills (you'll be hands-on with copywriting and liaising with internal stakeholders)
- Experience within Property/Estate Agency is not essential!
