Our client, a leading events company, is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their Central London-based team on a 6mnth FTC with the possibility of going permanent.

This is a 4 day office based and 1 day remote working from the Central London office and a salary of up to £45K.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute strategies to grow events and attendees across live events and summit based in Africa.
• Leverage data analytics to drive audience acquisition, retention, and subscriptions through email, social media, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to optimise content and maximise visibility on SEO, newsletters, and social channels.
• Work closely with the events team to increase event attendance and enhance audience engagement for both in-person and virtual events.

The Person:

• Proven experience in audience development, ideally within the events, or media sectors.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content distribution, and Email/ SEO strategies.
• Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable growth strategies.
