Want to work for a global independent media agency?
We are looking for a Media Account Executive to join our international team here in London. You will be responsible for client servicing as well as supporting with the planning of cross channel global campaigns. You will manage assigned jobs, liaising with internal teams, media partners but also clients, providing support in the day to day running of client accounts.
Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting on campaign planning, liaising with third party (i.e., internal teams, media partners) and putting together media plans
- Leading relevant campaign's implementation from end to end (managing timeline, media booking, digital trafficking and assets delivery to third parties)
- Overseeing regular campaign reporting and one-off reporting requests
- Managing relevant campaign financial queries including reconciliations, maintenance of trackers and ensure payments and billing are in order
- Compiling and updating status documents (internal & external)
The Candidate:
- 1-2 years experience in digital marketing/advertising (in-house or agency) and client servicing/ account management is preferable
- someone who's independent, organised, and ready to take on the smaller briefs in the team from start to finish.
- Self-driven and able to work autonomously, but also knows when to ask for help and guidance
- Strong communication, listening skills and attention to detail
- Numerical skills and confidence using Excel
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
